John Grant - Owner
John is the founder of Grant Building Group and brings over 15 years of experience as a skilled carpenter. He has managed all aspects of residential construction projects including custom new construction, complex additions and renovations as well as provided consulting and evaluation services to a wide variety of clients. He is able to focus on customer’s needs while working with a professional team of local craftsman, contractors, architects and designers. John is known for his hard work and integrity, making his pursuit of excellence in home building what sets him apart from the competition. When he’s not working, John enjoys golfing and spending time with his family.
James - Carpenter
James is a retired United States Army soldier with over sixteen years of honorable service to his nation. He held multiple leadership positions ranging from Team Leader to Platoon Sergeant and served in those roles during his numerous deployments in Iraq and Afghanistan. James has found a new calling in life in the field of carpentry. In the three years since he began his new trade he has displayed the utmost professionalism, integrity, and discipline which has allowed him to grow in his new field.
Jason - Sub-Contractor
Jason has been a lifelong resident of New Hampshire, having grown up in the lakes region. He found a love for carpentry from a young age, and brings over 25 years of carpentry experience. He eventually settled into a life on the seacoast, raising 2 great children and enjoying the history that old port towns bring. He enjoys all things mechanical, handmade and technical.
